The MIFARE® DESFire® EV3 ID card or MIFARE® DESFire® EV3 card is the modern successor to the proven MIFARE® DESFire® EV1 technology and sets new standards in terms of security and performance.
A key advantage of MIFARE® DESFire® EV3, in addition to its increased speed, is its improved cryptographic security. Data is protected both internally and during communication by AES-128, AES-192 or AES-256 encryption. The chip is certified according to Common Criteria EAL 5+.
A migration from MIFARE® Classic or MIFARE® DESFire® EV1 to MIFARE® DESFire® EV3 is strongly recommended.

MIFARE® is internationally established and therefore the first choice for global players. As an open standard, MIFARE® ensures independence from individual reader or card manufacturers. The open standard enables the production of a variety of designs and special transponders for specific applications.
With MIFARE® DESFire® EV3 cards, the available memory can either be fully reserved for one application or divided into individual, independent segments. The individual segments can each be protected by their own authentication with selectable security procedures.
General: The MIFARE® DESFire® EV3 card is a contactless smart card (RFID technology) that does not require a battery. The antenna and chip are embedded in the card body and are thus optimally protected. The chip is powered by inductive coupling - data exchange takes place contactlessly via radio waves.
Transmission takes place at a constant frequency of 13.56 MHz. Direct contact with the reader is not required - the card only needs to be in the reader's near field.
We only offer cards of the highest quality.
For special requirements such as extreme temperatures or mechanical stress, cards made of PET/PC or hybrid materials are available. The MIFARE® DESFire® EV3 card offers even greater reliability due to further advances in development.
Area of application: Even under harsh environmental conditions (humidity, dirt, mechanical influences), the ID card provides reliable service. Transactions are fast and convenient. Up to 28 independent applications such as time recording, access control, parking management, cashless payment or biometric high-security applications are possible with the MIFARE® DESFire® EV3 card.
Design / Printing: We design and produce your ID card design according to individual specifications. The ID card can be printed on the front and/or back in one or more colors using offset or screen printing.
Finishing: Personalization (data and photo) is possible digitally on-site or as a service (also online). Combinations
