The Legic CTC (Combined Tag Chip) ID card is an innovative combi card that combines several technologies in one medium and offers full backward compatibility with existing Legic prime and Legic advant systems.
Advantages of Legic CTC combi card technology:
1. The Legic CTC combines various chip technologies in a single medium, allowing you to run multiple applications independently. Each technology is secured with special authentication media (IAM card, GAM card).
2. The available memories of the various integrated chips can either be fully reserved for one application or divided into independent segments. Each segment is protected by individual authentication media.
3. By combining several technologies in one card, you reduce overall costs and simplify card management for complex applications.

The Legic CTC ID card is a multifunctional combi card (RFID technology) that combines several chips in one carrier material. All chips and antennas are fully embedded inside the card and are thus optimally protected from external influences. Energy supply and data transmission are contactless via radio waves.
Ideal for complex applications that require multiple technologies. Typical areas of application include: Access control with time recording, car park management with payment function, company ID cards with library function or health cards with multiple applications.

Coding specifications - The "Baptism" principle for combi cards:
Each integrated technology follows the proven "baptism" principle. With IAM cards, baptism data records can be loaded into the respective readers. Individual baptism data records can be removed again with baptism deletion cards.
Design / Printing:
We design and manufacture your combi cards according to individual specifications. The ID card can be printed on the front and back in one or more colours using offset or screen printing. Personalisation is possible digitally on site or via a service.
Combinations with other coding types (e.g. magnetic stripe, barcode, inductive) are possible.
